Hey gamers,

Updated the SRD to reflect the changes to the way the Rat System handles skill-less rolls. tl;dr, they just use Stat instead of Stat x 2. 

This change was made due to the fact that there are situations where not having a skill would be better than having one (i.e. Stat 2 + Skill 1 is worse than Stat 2 x 2).
